| This service includes everything that our ‘full service’ does, with just a few exceptions. We do not physically visit the property. We mail a yard sign and lockbox directly to your doorstep. The homeowner is responsible for installing the sign/lockbox, paying for photography, and in rare instances the seller may need to show their home to a buyer who does not have an agent. We credit up to $200 back to the seller for photography at closing, and we do not collect any fee until closing. |
