1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of a copyright owner, and you believe that material on our Website infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice. The notice must contain the following information, as required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)):

  3. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the webpage containing the infringing content).
  4. Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Submit the DMCA Notice to Us

Please send your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Send your counter-notification to the designated copyright agent at the address provided above.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original complaining party does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days to prevent the restoration of the removed material, we may restore the material.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Flat Five Realty will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
